CASCAHUÍN Plata 48
It is an undiluted and unfiltered Tequila made with authentic procedures in honor of its founder Salvador Rosales Briseño.
*Each production batch is no larger than 2,500 liters.
The first impression is of very strong fragrances of cooked agave, pepper, and fresh herbs. These are followed by aromas of cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey, and butter, without losing its characteristic dry, earthy, and mineral character from the Valles region.
The first sip is a refreshing and exuberant burst of mint and fresh herbs, with a pleasant combination of bitter and sweet that spreads across the mouth, characteristic of cooked agave and leaving a lingering aftertaste. As it goes down, flavors of honey and natural fruits emerge, leaving a sweet and rich finish.
