Glne Scotia Seasonal Release 2022
Aged 12 Years & Bottled at Cask Strength
The Seasonal Release 2022 is matured in first fill bourbon barrels before being finished for 12 months in Amontillado sherry casks.
Nose: Opens with orange marmalade, banana breakfast cereals, honey, caramel, and creamy vanilla, layered over hazelnuts, walnuts, baking spices, and a hint of coastal sea spray.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied with toffee apples, apricot yogurt, ginger snaps, salted caramel, and red berries, balanced by a distinct nutty dryness and gentle coastal salinity.
Finish: Long, warming, and dry, leaving lingering vanilla, toasted nuts, and a prickly oak spice.
