AROMAS IN PRODUC
Sweet aromas, aromas of red and dried fruits and the toasting of oak wood from the barrels, while still perceiving aromas of cooked agave.
MOUTH FEEL
Warm, pleasant.
Silky – creamy (dense on tongue and palate).
Smooth and light sweet flavors, with a slight freshness on the palate and subtle alcoholic notes in balance.
TASTE IN THE MOUTH
It features some very light sweet and fruity flavors such as maple syrup, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, some nuts, raisins, prunes, orange, peach, quince, and red fruits like cherries and blueberries, from the barrels. The flavor of cooked agave lingers, along with the harmony of very light spice flavors, such as cinnamon and clove, and the subtle freshness of herbs, such as spearmint, mint, and chamomile.
In the aftertaste, it presents persistence, without losing the flavors, even after a prolonged time of having tasted the tequila, making the presence of the flavor of dried and red fruits more marked, as well as sweet flavors given by the wood of the barrels, without losing the flavor of the cooked agave.
