The Peat: Features 100% Skagit Valley Malting peated malt sourced from a sustainably harvested Washington bog south of Seattle.
Fermentation: Fermented for 96–144 hours using Belgian Saison brewer's yeast.
Cask Types: Matured in Cooper's Reserve new American oak, Cooper's Select new American oak, and first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.
Bottling: Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) with a global run of 4,044 bottles
